Coordinated Family Care (CFC), The Middlesex County Care Management Organization (CMO) is pleased to request information for Outpatient Mental Health Treatment. Funds are available to providers who are interested in serving CMO enrollees & their families through Expressive Arts. All services are to be provided through June 2024. 

Providers with an interest are to respond by July 14th, 2023 to ResourceDevelopmentFunding@coordinatedfamilycare.org
