The Middlesex County “Local System of Care” Prospective Service Provider Meetings:
Two meetings are schedueld for 2023, June & November, check the Provider tab.
The purpose of the New Provider Meeting is to:
Learn about the various requirements and expectations to partner with Coordinated Family Care (Middlesex County CMO), Mobile Response Stabilization Services (MRSS), and the Family Support Organization (FSO of Middlesex County).
All interested parties must register via the Zoom Link once provided prior to the date (please don’t wait until the last minute to complete this as an approval process takes place).

October 11, 2023: CFC is hosting an "All Service Provider" annual meeting. This meeting will cover system updates and agency/provider needs. Providers with Agreements:

November 1, 2023: Due to the limited timeframe, this "Community Based Resource Fair" is by invitation only. Each CBO will have 5 minutes to “highlight” their agency. 10+ community agencies will be in attendance. Companies have the option to share their information by playing a video, sharing their brochures, etc. We have included the Family Success Centers and the Family Support Organization of Middlesex County. Invitations are still being sent out.

December 6, 2023: CFC invites newly signed Providers within the last two years to a "Virtual Resource Fair." CFC staff, DCPP, FSO, & MRSS will be in attendance while agencies present important information about referrals, service offerings, and availability. Strengthening Families is a 7- session workshop that helps build positive communication and connections between parents and children (ages 10-14) through family skill training sessions.

We invite all Middlesex County residents to participate in National Aunt and Uncle Day. Our aunts and uncles are unique parts of our family.
