The Chief Executive Officer assists the Board of Trustees to accomplish the organization's operating and strategic objectives while effectively communicating the mission of the organization internally and to families, providers and community stakeholders.

The Associate Executive Officer oversees all operations of the organization, including its direct services, support to the success of those services, and community engagement. They also partner with the CEO in the overall management of the organization.

The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for the management and oversight of all business aspects of the organization. This includes but is not limited to finance, insurance, employee benefits, leasing, and consumable supplies.

The Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for the staffing and training needs of the organization.

This Chief Operating Officer oversees and directs the day to day operations of the organization. They ensure that Care Management teams are effective in the provision of services and adhere to all relevant regulatory standards.

This Chief Operating Officer oversees CFC's community integration and administrative functions including quality, compliance, and risk management as well as IT support for the organization.
