Operations & Resource Specialist

Job Description: To assist the Operations Department and the Resource Development Manager in providing and maintaining accurate & current information on community provider network. Assists the Resource Development Manager in cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with community provider entities, identifying service gaps within the community and takes steps to minimize gaps. The Operations and Resource Specialist assists with daily tasks within management of operations, facilitates and attends internal trainings and events. Supports the onboarding of new and prospective providers, as well as processing the renewals of provider universal agreements. The Operations and Resource Specialist will work collaboratively with the Executive Assistant to come up with ideas for social media exposure for the organization. Coordinates the receipt of community donations as well as distribution to families. Maintains the events and new section in the CFC website.

Skills/Requirements Bachelors Degree in Human Services, Marketing, or Business, is required. One year of experience in a customer service role, comfortable utilizing multiple systems, and a willingness to learn new software. High level ability to utilize the following software: PowerPoint; Desktop Publishing in Word and Publisher; Content Management Systems - Mura; and a basic knowledge of management of a website. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred.

Care Manager Supervisor

Education/Skills Requirements: Master’s Degree in a Human Service field. Should the Master’s Degree have an associated license, the license is required and must be up to date and maintained. Two years post Master’s Degree required. Prior work-related experience required.

Job Description: Provides administrative and case supervision to a care manager team. Assists the Operations Manager in responding to training needs of care management staff, achieves compliance with regulatory standards and supports objectives and goals of Coordinated Family Care. This position is required to ensure that Care Managers are effectively integrating the Mission of the organization in their work with youth and families.

Education / Skills
Bachelors Degree in a Human Service field. At least one year post undergraduate/graduate experience providing family and youth services within a non-profit social services setting. Excellent communication, facilitation, assessment and system negotiation skills, creativity and enthusiasm are essential. Ability to work as a team. Ability to demonstrate professionalism at all times. Bilingual (Spanish) required.

A primary responsibility is to assist families in overcoming obstacles by utilizing and building upon their strengths and vision.
