Payroll Administrator

Education/Skills: Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree required. Two years payroll experience and understanding of basic accounting principles and functions required.

Job Description: Responsible for various payroll processes including but not limited to computing, review, analysis and submission of the agency payroll, associated payroll reporting both internal and external and data entry to the payroll system. The candidate must maintain a high level of confidentiality and be able to work independently. Additional responsibilities include 401K reporting, data reporting to external and internal sources, supervision of the Administrative Assistant-Accounting role as well as serve as backup to the A/P role, lead reporting for annual compensation letters, work in conjunction with the CFO on various payroll related projects and other general accounting support.

Care Manager (Bilingual, Spanish)

Education / Skills
Bachelors Degree in a Human Service field. At least one year post undergraduate/graduate experience providing family and youth services within a non-profit social services setting. Excellent communication, facilitation, assessment and system negotiation skills, creativity and enthusiasm are essential. Ability to work as a team. Ability to demonstrate professionalism at all times. Bilingual (Spanish) required.

To provide coordination and/or the direct provision of assessment, service planning and care management services to youth and families in a manner that is respectful, dignified and that enhances family self-sufficiency. A primary responsibility is to assist families in overcoming obstacles by utilizing and building upon their strengths and vision. The Care Manager is responsible for ensuring that the mission of the organization is carried out through the work that it is charged with.
