Human Resources Administrator

Seeking a dynamic individual to help support the agency’s growing HR department. The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must exercise strict confidentiality and sound judgement with respect to sensitive employee information, maintaining the integrity of employee records at all times. The HR Administrator’s primary responsibilities will include Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Professional Development, Workforce Management, Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Data & Metrics tracking, and Offboarding. This position will report directly to the HR Manager and will provide additional support to the department in areas such as Benefits, Leave Management, Trainings, and other HR functions as needed. The HR Administrator must be well-versed in multiple HR disciplines to contribute towards the mission of the agency. The individual must have thorough knowledge of Federal and New Jersey labor laws. Strong oral, written and virtual communication skills. Must have strong technical skills which include the ability to utilize HRIS, MS Office Suite, recruitment platforms, learning management systems and video conferencing platforms. The candidate must also be detail oriented and have strong organization skills.

Candidate must have at least 3+ years in a multi-disciplined HR role (with a focus in Talent Acquisition). Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required. Valid Driver's License required. Bilingual (Spanish) required.

Care Manager (Bilingual, Spanish)

Education / Skills
Bachelors Degree in a Human Service field. At least one year post undergraduate/graduate experience providing family and youth services within a non-profit social services setting. Excellent communication, facilitation, assessment and system negotiation skills, creativity and enthusiasm are essential. Ability to work as a team. Ability to demonstrate professionalism at all times. Bilingual (Spanish) required.

To provide coordination and/or the direct provision of assessment, service planning and care management services to youth and families in a manner that is respectful, dignified and that enhances family self-sufficiency. A primary responsibility is to assist families in overcoming obstacles by utilizing and building upon their strengths and vision. The Care Manager is responsible for ensuring that the mission of the organization is carried out through the work that it is charged with.
