Congratulations to the RBAYMCA, awarded in the amount of $68,000 from CFC provided by the Children's System of Care to offer new programming in the community. A “Soft Opening” of “The Fruit & Veggie Wagon Program” will take place 8/15, and begin formally on 8/16. The official start date for the "Corner Store Food 2 Families Pantry Project" is on 8/17. These each are offered at two different locations in Perth Amboy hosted by Raritan Bay Area YMCA. Through the CSOC’s Community Resource Development Fund ’22-‘23, Coordinated Family Care made available, awarded, and is sponsoring these new programs to address local Food Insecurities within Middlesex County for all residents in need.
