Coordinated Family Care, the Care Management Organization for Middlesex County, is seeking proposals from qualified providers for youth outpatient mental health treatment programs with a focus on movement and expressive arts modalities.

Our Back to School with A Cop and Back to School: Scholarly Start was a huge success! CFC was able to provide school supplies to over 300 youth! This would not have been possible without the continued partnership with KidzCan and generous donations of supplies from Little Hands and Creations and the New Jersey Children's Alliance.
