The Family Support Organization (FSO) is made up of caregivers who have personal experience raising children with emotional, behavioral, developmental, or substance use challenges. They offer free support, education, and advocacy to families in Middlesex County as part of New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care. Services are available to all families, regardless of income or insurance status, and each county in New Jersey has its own FSO. Their unique, peer-led approach ensures families receive compassionate guidance from those who truly understand.
