Family Support Organization of Middlesex County

The Family Support Organization (FSO) is run by caregivers with lived experience raising children with emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges. They offer free support, education, and advocacy to Middlesex County families—regardless of income or insurance—as part of New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care.
