Bilingual Spanish Care Manager


Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field.

Bilingual (Spanish).  

At least one year post undergraduate/graduate experience providing family and youth services within a non-profit social services setting. Excellent communication, facilitation, assessment and system negotiation skills.  Ability to work as a team.  Knowledge of computer necessary. Ability to multi-task a must. Must have a vehicle.

Job Description: Provides coordination and/or the direct provision of assessment, service planning and care management services to Middlesex County families that care for youth who present with moderate to very high levels of behavioral and/or emotional needs, and/or developmental disabilities. Primarily responsible for assisting families in overcoming obstacles by utilizing and building upon their strengths and vision. Care Managers work closely with families to plan community based wrap-around services for children and their families while assessing & monitoring progress.

Executive Assistant

Strong work tenure:  five to ten years of experience supporting a high level Executive, preferably in a non-profit organization.Experience and interest in internal and external communications, and partnership development.  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.)

Job Description: The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative one-on- one support to the Chief Executive Officer.   Responsible for reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications.  Plans, and coordinates the CEO’s schedule, managing an extremely active calendar of appointments. Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters.  Serves as a liaison to the Board of Trustees.  Organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work on projects independently and oversees special projects, from conception to completion.  Must be able to work under pressure at times to handle competing priorities and confidential matters with discretion.
