Quality Manager

Skills
Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field. Experience with management of agency accreditation (CARF preferred). CSOC experience preferred.

Job Description
Works toward the organizational mission through data collection and analysis to ensure that youth and families have positive outcomes as a result of their involvement with the CMO. Keeps the Director of Quality & IT apprised of the organization’s progress in meeting its goals and objectives as they relate to these areas. Effectively communicates the mission of the organization internally and to families, providers and community stakeholders. Maintains internal and external relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Care Manager (Bi-Lingual, Spanish)

Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field. At least one year post undergraduate/graduate experience providing family and youth services within a non-profit social services setting. Excellent communication, facilitation, assessment and system negotiation skills, creativity and enthusiasm are essential. Ability to work as a team. Ability to demonstrate professionalism at all times. Bi-Lingual (Spanish) required.

A primary responsibility is to assist families in overcoming obstacles by utilizing and building upon their strengths and vision. The Care Manager is responsible for ensuring that the mission of the organization is carried out through the work that it is charged with.
